Possible to convert the video coming from usb to hdmi by using usb 2 hdmi adapter? goal is to bypass computer and plug video into video switcher.

It's possible. The most important thing would be for the host (video switcher) to be able to detect the source. If it's not configured to detect the device (adapter), then it won't work.
