Panoptic-like performance; excellent value! Check for specks when barlowed. Adorama delivers!
Outstanding optics, sharp across entire field of view and compact form factor. Pair purchased for maxbright binoviewer works well. Compliments my 19mm televue panoptic pair and practically on par but for color tone. Highly pleased! (Note: one eyepiece has sunspot-like specks within, most noticable when barlowed and will be returned. Update: received second ES68 24mm eyepiece and it performs properly and without specks. Well done Adorama, thanks!

Wonderful Eyepiece for Exploring Space
I really love this EP. It's the second 'serious' one I've bought away from my kit. It's huge to look through and flat enough for me. Very sharp and has gotten me out more often because of it's views. If you're looking for a good eyepiece in this range then get this one. I have a XCel LX 12mm that I like and with this wide fov it feels like I'm looking at the same image almost.

Bright and sharp
I'm using this primarily with an 8-inch Newtonian. It has a nice field of view without having to spend a huge amount of money. I get clear, sharp views throughout the field of view--it almost seems like I am floating in space. I'm using it primarily for viewing DSOs, but it is excellent for initially viewing planets before switching to a shorter focal length eyepiece. I'm now considering a 40 mm as well.

Amazing optics
I love this eyepiece, I use it for binoculars or better to say telescope binoculars Oberwerk 100 SD, amazing lenses the only problem I encounter was it curbs when you look a straight structures but I asume it is due to I used 2 eyepieces in my binoculars, amazing optics for the money, never get dump or dim when it is humid, field of view needs to get better for a82 degree but it is ok. I want to get the 100 degrees but it only comes in 2 inch barrels

A great addition to your eyepiece collection
I use this in my 10 " dob. Fine performance and the field of view and magnification is in the sweet spot to find deep sky objects. A little pricey but worth it, especially if you can get it on sale at Amazon as I did.

Best wide fov in 1.25" without breaking the bank.
Excellent Eyepiece. Way better than my old Hyperion. Tested it a lot of times with different f/ scopes and it always worked great. Worth the investment.

Not sure why?
I tried this in my Skywatcher 150 f/5 and it was awful. A microscopic move of my eye and all the stars where shooting back at me like I was in a time tunnel - I don't know if eye pieces can be damaged, or what effect that would have, but this one was unviewable.

Awesome
Awesome field of view on this eyepiece. Great eye relief and clarity. A little over priced compared to others. I wish i could attach my DLSR directly to it like i can with my Celestron Duos but i bought it for the magnification and field of view.
