I bought this pillow in an attempt to curtail my snoring. While it hasn't done that, it has brought unexpected pain relief to my shoulders. I'm a side sleeper and tend to throw an arm under the pillow for more support and for comfort/ habit. This caused a lot of discomfort and pain. I don't need to do that with this pillow. For me, it's comfortable, and supportive, and my neck and shoulders aren't stained or achey in the morning.

Unfortunately I have to return it, I just received the pillow today and I see a lot of hair on the pillow like used already. Dirty and disgusting! Also the quality isn’t great like advertisements. The texture it’s too soft and not really good balance for your next muscle. I really want to share a pictures of the pillow I have receive to show that’s I say all it’s true but I don’t see any bottom can share pictures.

I slept all night with my new pillow (Pillo1 Original Select Memory), and for the first time since I can remember, I didn’t wake up with the painful tightness and tension in the back of my head and neck, and I actually slept on my back all night. What I wasn't expecting was that my jaw doesn't hurt at all, which means I didn't clench my teeth all night. For years I dreaded going to bed, regardless of how tired I was, because I didn’t want to deal with the body pain I’d have to experience upon awakening every morning. The stiffness and pain in my neck was usually so bad I couldn’t get in the hot shower fast enough to try to find some relief.I wish I had this pillow years ago, but very grateful that I have it now because it is a definite life changer for me. I am actually looking forward to another good night’s sleep!

It made my neck issues even worse, don't sleep through the night and wake up next morning with extreme stiffness and pain. Can only return for exchange for different pillow which does me no good. Money lost.
