Fantastic! 6A cool light brown Covered brassy mistake
I had a blonde/ bronde baliage at the hairdressers a few months ago, then tried to lift it a little my self at home with and obviously ended up with a brassy uneven result. I had about 10cm of natural growth at my roots and decided to try and match it with a natural brown. I used the 6A cool light brown . The result was far better than i expected. I left it on for 20 minutes and kept my eye on it as it was going onto bleached hair. It looks great, it didn't go green as some people suggested it might as i was covering blonde. I think It looks pretty natural and is pretty even considering the brass underneath was so patchy. It made my hair soft and caused zero damage. I didn't love the smell, (chemical flowery smell) but it was only on for 20 mins so a small price to pay for great results. Very happy.

Professional salon quality - brilliant!
I have suffered from alopecia in the past and am very cautious about what I use on my hair, so I chose this as it is a vegan, natural product . I have to say that I’m pleasantly surprised with the quality . It was incredibly easy to manage and I could use the dye without assistance. It smelt nice, too . Best of all , the colour really did perfectly match the picture on the box. I won’t be returning to a hair salon as this is a fraction of what I’d spend at a hairdresser , and the results are equally good. The one thing I would recommend is leaving the dye on longer if you’re covering very grey roots , as my roots took longer to absorb the dye .

Take care choosing this colour
Left my hair in a beautiful soft condition. Great! But.. after my hair dried, it was really, really, really dark brown. My hair before was light brown, salt and pepper, and silver grey at the temples. The resulting colour of this dye on me was far from the image pictured on the box, and did not correlate to the descriptions of Light Cool Brown / Light Ash Brown. Thankfully, after giving it a good shampoo a few days later, the colour lightened to a nicer, more natural looking colour on me. But it is still very brown all over. I was hoping it would leave my silver grey looking like lowlights. Wish I'd done before and after photos. Hair condition is still lovely, but have knocked a star off for the colour mismatch. Would try the same brand again (this was my first time of buying), but would choose a lighter colour.

Lovely & more gentle but doesn't last as long as other brands
I love the colour & the brand feels & smells kinder than my previous brand however I usually do my roots around 3 months after a full application but with 6A I felt it necessary to do them after 3 weeks. A different shade I used in this brand did last a bit longer but still not 3 months, which is a big downside. It's also a little runnier, making it messier to apply but with my allergies, I can't say that I'll not use this brand again as the comfort factor somewhat outweighs the top-up frequency required but I will sometimes most likely use my old brand or even try a new one.

Even coverage
Excellent, very close to the colour shown, silky and shiny hair, very even, no patches, hope it lasts but will buy again!

Not the colour on the box
Bought the 6A - light cool brown. It’s much darker than the colour on the box and isn’t very ashy either. It’s got a lot of golden undertones. It was really runny too which isn’t great. I needed 2 boxes to cover my medium thickness shoulder length hair. It was way darker than the box picture! The ends of my hair looked almost black when it was first done. And it didn’t cover my greys. It’s washed out a lot since. I’m just hoping it washes out completely. It did however leave my hair in good condition with no damage and smelled nice.
