what beef do you use? How long do you cook it? Is it tender?

You can use any beef, I get the cheapest I can find and slow cook it for around four hours and anything you use will become super tender. What I do... I cube the beef and slice an onion and pan fry until brown, i then sprinkle about 1/4 of flour then add the paste, and cook for a further ten mins on high heat, the mixture is going to be a little dry dont worry as when you add to the slow cooker all the juices will come out. I also add some lemon juice about 1/8th of a cup. After three hours I add the main sauce and let it simmer for another hour. Let it sit on "warm" before you serve it over basmati rice. Now if you want to add texture and flavor to your rice, I use Nasi Goreng seasoning, which has spices and penuts.
