Work well and strong, can be uncomfortable
I use these resistance bands when attached to the wall for exercises involving pulling down or sideways. I've been using them for over a year, and they're well made and have lasted. The stronger bands are quite uncomfortable to hold in the hand because of their size, and I wish there was a handle that could be attached to make them more comfortable.

Good set of bands. Came in good condition. They are long and provide very high resistance at the upper end, which I didn't expect for bands at this price point. Comes in a handy dandy little gym bag, like the ones you might use for PE when you were in school.

Uncomfortable
Good quality band, but it's so stiff it really cuts into your legs when performing Spanish squats. Very uncomfortable.

Als mehr oder weniger Ersatz für ein Fitnessstudio , ausreichend und wirkt stabil genug um nicht unfreiwillig ausgepeitscht zu werden . Ich würde sie wieder kaufen . Halten aktuell noch gut. Ansonsten unauffällig in Verarbeitung und Geruch . Geschmack wurde nicht getestet

I haven’t tried this particular one yet since I just got it but the quality is super good. The rubber isn’t busted or weak like some bands tend to be. It’s also wide enough so it can support both my feet (cuz I’m only starting to do pull ups and need all the help I can get). I think it’s gonna last me til I can “graduate” to the next color.

I was confused between buying one of the other expensive brands band again from which I bought red one but these were cheaper. I tried them to see if it made difference but they work great and have good resistance. Don't spend money on expensive brands and just buy cheaper bands they all look and feel the same.
