Great solution when on special, otherwise just stick to rope.
I got this bungee style dockline at a special price (last one - wanted 4) and it's a great solution and works well. However they're all the same bar the colour and the cost is now going through the roof -- so shop around!

Amazing Dock Lines
These are by the best dock lines I have ever had. I use these on my Seadoo and they work like a charm. Our lake has numerous wake boats who make extremely large waves. With these dock lines the bungee expands and contracts absorbing the waves thereby saving my Seadoo from being bashed unnecessarily against the dock. These lines are worth every penny!!

Awesome tie down for jet ski and pontoon at the dock
I bought several of these flex tie downs, initially to tie up the sea doo at the dock and then realized that they are perfect for tying up both the front and back of my 23' pontoon to the dock.... i carry them in the sea doo as well as a few on the boat for tying up other boats when out and about on the lake....they work great...
