Makes pulling pizzas out of the oven extremely easy and worry-free. Definite upgrade over two spatulas.Could in theory work like a cutting board, as claimed, but I wouldn't recommend it. I've used a pizza slicer on top of it several times, carefully, and haven't scratched the surface yet. Decent sturdiness for the cheap price.

Great Value, Definitely Recommend
Our family uses this pizza paddle several times a week for more than just pizza. It's great for putting anything in the oven and getting it back out again, and it works as a cutting board. It's a good size and hefty, and it's bamboo, which is a renewable resource.

Sturdy little board - sure staple for your kitchen
Lover this peel - great construction for a low price. Easy clean. Easy storage. Really no marks from pizza cutter or even chopping your topping. Will be ordering the larger one.
