Super tough and poppy
I got this yesterday, set it up, and tested it for about 3 hours. A bit of a different feel at first but after a bit of getting use to the shape it skate ls so well. Tried out some freestyle which the shape was designed for. Overall very awesome deck. Lots of pop and very tough. I did not take it easy on the board and it held up.

Only deck I've seen with flat areas where trucks will mount
BTW if you want to put rails on this deck. PIG rails are the only skate rails that come with screws that won't go all the way through the deck. You can still attach any rails you want, you just have to go to the hardware store and get a pack of 8 x 3/8" wood screws. Or you could try to screw other 1/2" screws most of the way in, take them out and then sand the tip down to make it shorter so it won't go through your deck. It's a little hard to see, but there's clearly a baseplate shaped flat are where the trucks will screw in. And since this is an unopened deck, that outline can't be from previously screwing trucks into it. This is the only deck I've ever seen that has a flat baseplate shaped area where the baseplates will be screwed into the deck. Think about how dumb that is. On every other skate deck, where you screw the trucks in is right where two perpendicular concaves of the wood meet each other. Unless a baseplate shaped flat area is explicitly designed into the mold, it isn't going to be be flat. Then you mate it with a perfectly flat rectangular piece of metal, which forces the wood to deform to the flat metal surface. Unless you can see a gap between the baseplate and the deck, you've now done some amount of of structural damage to the ply's in your deck. As you skate the deck more, pressure cracks will form coming out of some of these weak points. Since that wood is gonna be molded into a flat shape either way, by design or by installing trucks, why is Powell Peralta the only company that's thought of designing it into the press mold. Since this is a flight deck, it probably wouldn't get stress cracks either way. But it's still nice, because it's not really dumb and because it seems like you would get better board feel.

Amazing
If you’re already riding this in the seven ply wood version treat yourself to this one that is so much more snappy and longer lasting..

Believe the hype
I know this has been a hard deck to get a hold of. I have been riding it for a couple of months now and love the deck. Reminds me of riding an old school board from the 80's but super light weight and great pop. The only complaint I have about flight decks is that there is no graphic on the top of the board.

Way Overpriced but Amazinggg
Definitely wayyyyy over priced at $200 but the deck itself is amazing and my boyfriend loves this board soooo much. Unfortunately right after I purchased it, all the skateboard shops restocked it at a reasonable price instead of marking it up over $100.

The best deck in the game
The shape was cut to make many tricks easier to land. The only problem is Flight decks lamination separates really fast (1-2 months), I still love them though.

Innovation
Most innovative deck in years. Not for grommets though… it’s big
