not perfect, but Love my third pair
This pair is my third one. I used my first two pairs interchangeably since one had less scratches on it. One pair I gave to my dad after he lost his, and I still use my older pair for when scratches don't bother me (kitesurfing).I used both pairs for over 5 years. Doing what? Glad you asked. Mountain and road cycling, snowboarding, windsurfing, sailing, rafting, kiteboarding, beach volleyball, hiking and also riding a small scooter I rented once. The built-in strap is very convenient and you can easily let them rest on your neck without stretching out the frame (when put on your head), and also minimizing the chance of loosing or dropping your glasses. The glass quality is great and the polarized lens are a huge advantage because It blocks out a ton of light that you don't need to see, alowing the glass to be lighter. This way you can also use the glasses when it's cloudy or starts to get darker while still seeing just fine. The build is great, and having used my pair at least twice a week for over 5 years shows just that. Also, for around $25 they have an amazing value for their cost. They are easily worth much more than that. Before you buy, notice that are at least 2 different lens "shade" color. One is a regular shaded lens, and the other has a brown tint.I read a review where someone said it the glasses didn't fit him being a bigger guy, so I wanted to say that i'm 5'10 and 150lbs for comparison. The Cons:The only times I had problems with the glasses are usually a problem any glasses would have. When hiking in cold weather with my mouth covered, the hot air went up to my glasses and fogged them. If there's any solution for that i'd love to hear, but i'm pretty sure that would happen with most glasses that cover a wide part of your face.when doing water sports (sailing, kiteboarding, windsurfing) the water that got splashed on the glasses occasionnaly made it difficult to see and left marks. Again, pretty common problem, and I think there might be some safe materials you can put on the glass to make the water just wash off. Also, even though they cover a wider part of your face than most glasses, it won't prevent water splashing into your eyes when doing water sports.hope that helps. If you have any questions please leave a comment and i'll answer as soon as I can.Enjoy your glasses!

GREAT glasses for the price!
Its great glasses - especially for this price! For the price they are 5* out of 5. For sure.I have like 5th pair now :) I usually lose them, couple I drowned (they might stay aftoat, but if you do kitesurfing and crash really hard and do not have them strapped on tight you'll lose them).last pair i broke crashing pretty bad, glasses were hanging on my neck at the time (did not have them on, just around the neck). The impact of the crash forced BOTH of the glasses out of the frame! :( The impact was really strong - my neck was sore for few days afterwards..so i dont hold this against these glasses really.I thought I'd wear them while kite-boarding but I don't. Dont think its a problem of this model, think all glasses have this - but once you get just a little bit of spray of water..the glasses have lots of droplets and you can't see well. After couple minutes its becomes quite blurred because of the semi-dried water and you just can't see well. Gets much worse kiting sea-water vs fresh. So wear them while kiteboarding only when the sun is very strong. Any adivce how to make the water not stay on the glasses while kiteboarding would be VERY appreciated. What I love about them:- great quality of glass - i.e. you can see very well, clear, right dim level, polarized- great not just for sports but for driving / normal wear- they fit pretty well even without tightening them in the back- comfortable to wear - esp. the rubber coated "nose thing" helps. Not too tight on the sides of the head / around ears- when you tighten in the back, almost impossible to take off :) The strap can be loosened VERY quicly btw with just a touch. No problem there. Not crazy about:- band could be longer. When you want to pull them off its a bit hard. 1-2cm extra might just do! ...or maybe its just my big head :) The problem is when you e.g. kite and want to quickly pull them off (to hang around neck) and to put them back on. Almost impossible to do without stopping :(

Product can be improved, but has good potential.
Having experience with other watersports goggles, I wanted to try the Seaspecs sunglasses which have the strap, grey polarized lenses, float, and are fog resistant. They arrived with a microfiber pouch and no instructions. I tried them surfing in San Diego in about 56F water. They do float. They fit my small head well enough and were comfortable. The strap works well, so well it must be loosened to easily remove them from your face. They are not particularly dark, but adequate. The major issue in the water was they fogged up fairly easily, so I was constantly rinsing them to keep them clear. The Seaspecs web site did not indicate any action to prevent the fogging. In Hawaii, I suspect they will be fog free in the warm water (I'll report on that later). When I got back to my car afterward, one lens had popped out and had been lost, so I returned them for a refund. I've had a similar problem with other googles - they are typically designed so that the lenses won't pop out toward the face, but pressure on the lens from the face side can pop one out the front if a wave hits or they are accidently pressed while the goggles are loose around your neck. I've found it necessary to superglue the lenses in place to prevent that. When I reordered a replacement pair of sunglasses, I prepared them that way prior to use. Now I'm in Hawaii and plan to test the new pair; stay tuned for another report soon.
