Great for shoulder pain
I use this for my shoulders at work. It doesn't really correct my posture, it pushes down when my postural issue is shoulders hunched *forward*. But it has alleviated my shoulder pain and that was the reason I got it. It's uncomfortable at first but you get used to it after a couple days. Make sure to take break days from using it so your body doesn't grow dependent on it. Solid build quality, has no noticeable wear after about a month of heavy use.

Causes More Pain (Doesn’t Stay in Place)
When it’s in place this helps. My PT showed me that it needs to stay down at the level of the t-spine in the back, not up at the c-spine. Well, I put it on at the correct level, but it *always* slides up, so it’s very rarely in place. I was excited about this one because it looked like it could withstand water. I was looking for something that would help keep my shoulder in place in general and while swimming, but since it doesn’t stay in place it doesn’t do the job of keeping my shoulders back (my daughter tried it to), so it doesn’t keep my shoulder in. It causes both of us more pain. We’re very different body types and this was the case for both of us.

Does exactly what it says on the tin!
Because of some problems with my left rotator cuff and upper back I was looking for something that would help me keep my posture up while I'm at the computer. I have a hard time remembering to hold my posture, so I thought this would be a good way to either hold me in place or, at least, remind me to pull my posture straight. This is comfortable and works beautifully, forcing me to keep my posture up. I don't have to think about it at all and my posture is perfect. I only just got it, so I don't know if it will actually train me to keep my posture up when I'm not wearing it, but I'm perfectly happy just wearing it while I work if not. The one, tiny thing that I'll mention is that, because of the rotator cuff issue, I couldn't adjust that side with it on the way it shows in the instructions. I ended up adjusting it off of me, putting the left side on first since that's the shoulder that doesn't rotate properly and ends up hurting, and then pulling it up on the right side. It took 3 or 4 attempts to get it adjusted to the right fit, but once I did it is fantastic. I just don't undo the straps and it stays right where it should be. Since this isn't a problem for most people and it doesn't affect how well it is working, I didn't take any stars off. If you have shoulder problems, though, keep in mind that you might have to fit it by trial and error or have someone give you a hand.

Adjustable and Supportive, but Not for All-Day Wear
This Copper Compression Posture Corrector is nice and does what it’s supposed to do. I like that it has adjustable straps, so you can fit it to your size easily. It’s great for wearing while sitting or working at a desk to help keep your posture straight. However, the straps can feel a bit uncomfortable and tend to dig into your underarms, especially if you move around a lot. Overall, it’s a good posture support for short periods or when you’re sitting still, but the straps are a little too thick for extended wear.

Not what I was hoping for.
It's okay. But I've already ordered a different one from another company. This one isn't for me. I don't feel like it pulls my shoulders back and makes my neck ache even though I only wear it for about 20 minutes.

Seriously supportive
Excellent support for my upper shoulders

Not great
Pulls your shoulders back, pressure and cuts off the underarm but doesn’t do anything to support or straighten the spine.
