I thought this product would be closer to the size of a tennis ball. I ended up returning it. The material appears sturdy and long lasting, however.

Great size for carrying in my purse. It works well but is a little small for some spots. I like it well enough that I may purchase the larger size.

Is awesome product! I use it for my husband plantar fasciitis, recommend to my clients who have: piriformis, lumbar pain or whichever "pain/tension " on the spine(u name it), shoulders and all the way the "head" massage. And great for the palm, wrist and forearme release.

This has been an incredible investment. I literally go to physical therapy for my neck weekly, get a deep tissue massage every month, and do yoga, yet this has helped more than all of these combined. I have tried over 15 medications for migraines (as well as botox, acupressure, reflexology, essential oils, you name it) and I get migraines about 5-6 days per week. Since I started using this ball on my neck, I have noticed fewer headaches as well as less neck stiffness. I lay on this with it under any painful spots on my cervical spine for about one minute in each tender spot (usually while I'm watching TV). Then I put it under my shoulder and do the same. When I am done, I lightly roll the ball all over my skull to relax. If I don't use this daily I notice an increase in neck pain.. I am buying one of these for my friend who has chronic migraines as well.

don't waste your money I hate this

game changer. i have all the products and they are amazing I keep one in the car for my lower back when driving better than any roller, you dont have to do anything plus it stays heated for almost two hours but never so hot that it burns your skin. I have purchased so many similiar products but nothing works like these and are as portable

I bought the regular sized ball recently and loved it so much that I had to get the mini to reach those knots in my upper back with precision and it works like a charm! I love that all these products can be warmed up in a pot of boiling water. Do not microwave this one. Boil it in a pot for 10min only! I love to use these products in bed at night to help loosen all my tight knots I have literally everywhere. I suffer from daily chronic headache for 2 years now due to loss of curve in my neck which in turn doesn't allow my muscles to move as they should so they're ALWAYS tight and this little ball of awesome fits perfectly under the base of my skull on the sides where my restricted muscles are and provides some relief. I'm going to have to order another one of these along with all of Dr. Cohen's other products. Love it.

I’ve been having chronic aches and pains all over my body and OMG. This little ball is like the perfect firmness for getting into those muscles. I was afraid that it would give me more pain after using it but I feel instantly relieved after using it for 15minutes. The heating option is nice too. I want to buy the leg roller too now!

I lost my old spikey ball that I had used for much rehab massages on myself and others, so this was the replacement. I wanted the flattened spikes and Dr. Cohen's looked like what I had. I love it, I get the same effective massage. I haven't heated it up yet but I know when I overwork my hands, the warm spikey ball will be magic !
