Purchased for further study, but I couldn’t progress much at first—it’s not easy to learn from this book alone. The 3rd edition was released in 2012 and the 4th in 2019, with no newer editions since. Recently, Milovan Perić opened a YouTube channel and also started video lectures on the Siemens website, and with those resources, the book became much more helpful. It’s still challenging for self study, but the videos make a big difference. Overall, very good for academic use and also valuable for engineers.”
