This device has changed my life so much I’ve worked hard for everything I have. being dyslexic it was twice as hard for me, now I find using this device fun. I’m able to read books I’ve always wanted to. I have actually studied and took test using it and passed, this has been life change. The price is expensive but if you have a child suffering from dyslexia, this will not make the child lazy it will help them. My reading skills have improved 100% since owning this. I HAVE HAD MY EYE FOR YEARS. I HAVE PROFOUND VISION LOSS. THE MY EYE LETS ME READ JUST ABOUT ANYTHING AND I CANNOT IMAGINE LIFE WITHOUT IT. I NOTICE THAT THE PEOPLE WHO GIVE IT A LOW EATING BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT LEARNED HOW TO UWE IT. I SUGGEST YOU CALL ORCAM. IT IS VERY EASY TO USE - ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS LISTEN TO IT. ORCAM HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT. THEY WILL HELP YOU. ONCE YOU LEARN THE EASY STEPS, YOU WILL BE AMAZED. I CANNOT PRAISE IT ENOUGH.

I saw this on a TV show, listened to the reviews, listened to the training videos, decided to order from the company. Had to put on a high interest credit card but I believed the lies. I work and my job requires reading biochemical, pharmacological and medical/technical information. This may work for children's level material but if you are a adult, and need it to do adult work don't waste your time. I tried to call the company on 12-18-19 to ask about the problems, no one called me back, I emailed corporate head quarters several times, I called the company here several times, no return phone calls, no emails. Today, 1-30-20, (the return for full refund is now past) a man called me back. He blamed me for not know that the device could not do what I needed to do. He pointed out that no one ACTUALLY told me it could do the things I need it to do. He even pointed out that the company already knew it couldn't do this stuff and it was my fault that I didn't realize that when the woman on the video said she did math and was able to do it again with the Orcam. I assumed, obviously wrongly, that if I could do math it could do math type things like read equations, formulas, and charts. Well it can't, and the company knows it. So I got screwed again by a company that things they can make a lot of money from people with disabilities and and now I'm screwed and have a very expensive bill. I had arranged funding but once they figured out it wouldn't do the job I got it for the funding fell through. So here's the message from the company: HA, HA, we got you

This is a great product. A helper for the visually impaired to be able to read labels, menus, etc. recognize people and in general to be more independent. We are still learning about it

Cet appareil est tout simplement incroyable !! Beaucoup de fonctionnalités dans un appareil miniaturisé et tres leger .C'est "magique" la façon dont l'appareil lit une page très rapidement . Le service après vente d' Orcam , interlocuteur Brice pour la France ,est d'une patience et amabilité à toute épreuve .Je n'ai jamais eu affaire à un service après vente aussi disponible et professionnel . Brice est d'une gentillesse extrême et ses explications sont très claires

Very expensive and still not able to use very complicated if you pay nearly £3000 you would expect it to work quite easily but a complete mine field my advice don’t buy one
