Has the issue with the failure of the left analog controller being addressed?

Never had an issue with the left analog, however my micro USB cable and/or housing went out after 2 months of use. Doesn't work at all anymore, I ended up returning it through Amazon. Razer support was very helpful, but they do not carry this controller in North America, so they were of no help to me. I loved this dang controller, too bad it crapped out so quickly...I ended up ordering a Scuf Impact, and so far I love it.
