How many degrees has this been proven to lower turf heat on your feet?

Would these provide cooling for hotter shoes that aren't breathable? my leather-like orthotic shoes make my feet too hot, even indoors. need cooling.

They are great at blocking heat from blacktop from entering through the soles of your shoes but I didn’t notice any temperature drop in my foot temperature while using the insoles.

How should I correctly install these is the shoe comes with the insole already glued down?

Great question. The product will still work if you put them on top of your glued down soles. The key is a close to perfect cut so when you stick the Blusol to the glued down sole it sits flush with no wrinkles for a comfortable fit. Do the inserts go on top of the insoles or on the bottom?

I bought these insoles for my kids soccer shoes. They worked very well keeping their feet cooler. The artificial turf gets very hot in which they play their games on so the insoles helped. I put them over the existing insoles so they had more cushion for their feet and joints.
