Worked as advertised, mounting was simple and fit perfectly with my 3 and 4 models. The quality is just as good as factory mounts and was a great value for the money. Also very versatile when trying to decide where to mount. Used screws to mount but I am sure the would adhere well with 3M or some other double-sided adhesive.

Perfect replacement and easy installation

Arrived with no trouble or defects. This fit and served as a good replacement for the cracked ones before them. No issues and still currently in place. Would buy them again if necessary.

The design of these mounts is hot garbage, and QC is inconsistent. The instructions say to just snap the camera on to the mount, which is impossible, in part because the mount swivels, so it moves as you try to push the camera onto it. The screws holding it into the wall are behind the camera, so you have to mount it to the wall first, then try to get the camera on. I defy you to just push it on. I had to bang on the cameras to get them to pop on. One went on with the first hit. Several took a few good strikes. One took several blows, and eventually the mount shattered. So I ordered replacements. I'm going to try a little WD-40, and mount the camera before I screw it into the wall, then pop it off, then do that a couple more times, then mount it to the wall and see if it's any easier. When it comes time to replace the batteries in the cameras, I'll order more replacement mounts, because I'm sure I'll break a few more trying to get the cameras back on. The 4th generation camera mount has a different design, and you can see why. This one was a fail.
