Flipside I tried it… no major results like the reviews claimed. No health superpowers with use like the other reviews mentioned. Again though… health results and benefits vary for people so these reviews do not cover a lot of factors that make give you a different outcome. I didn’t know what to expect, but when paired with methylene blue and colloidal copper paired with your morning beverage - It gives L O N G , clean, non jittery, mind clearing energy for you - all day!

This product contains Sucralose which gave me headaches and stomach upset! Stick with H2 Tabs without the Sucralose.

I will be making another purchase or get on auto delivery. On the days I skipped it there was a notable difference in my body aches and my mental clarity and overall fatigue. I have suffered from RA-Autoimmune for years and this is one of the things that actually helps! So glad I stumbled across it!

I don't see any benefits. It makes me very relaxed and sleepy. I guess that's good in a way. However I was looking for vitality and energy support.

I've been using Hydrogen water for more than a year. I like how I feel more energized when I am consistent with using it. This is the easiest way to get hydrogen water and it is very portable. My other method is a glass water bottle but is awkward to take to the beach or out walking.

These dissolve fast and give a noticeable mental clarity and light energy boost. Tastes better than expected for something functional. Pros: Quick dissolve, noticeable effects Cons: Slightly expensive for daily use Tip: Use on an empty stomach for best results.

I placed an order for these tablets the other day and I’ve been using them for four days now I find them. I think really good and I love the effervescence of the drink. I kind of think it’s working. I think I look younger.

I honestly don’t know. I can’t tell the difference but I know that any liquid that has less than 10 hydrogen clusters os very good for your body because all the liquids in our body have 10 or less hydrogen clusters. So in theory hydrogenating water should work and make it better for clearing out our systems. This water however and it could be that I wasn’t consistent, maybe just not frequent enough but I don’t think I noticed a difference.
