I am a full-time doctoral student AND I work full-time. This means I have TONS of junk to carrying around....books, computers, work files, lunch, etc. This bag is HUGE and easily accomodates everything need for my days. Plus the construction of the bag feels sturdy and well made. I am comfortable cramming it full of stuff without fear it will fall apart. I highly recommend this bag. The purple color is stylish and feminine for my career ladies. And the special compartment for water bottles and coffee cups is tremendously useful. Its worth every penny!

great bag; This bag will NOT handle a 17" laptop, unless you remove the actual protective sleeve from the bag. The bag itself, however, is very stylish, sturdy, and relatively easy to handle. Lots of compartments to help keep you organized. Lots of room to carry lots of extras. The bag will sit upright on the floor or countertop, wherever you set it. It won't collapse over on itself. So you maintain easy access to every compartment in the bag.Worth the money, but again, not having the protective sleeve for the laptop just makes it another ordinary bag.

holds a ton love it

I ordered this bag to use for school. It's well padded and the strap is strong. I carry around very large books along with my laptop and it's holding up very well.
