Very small, compact, and lightweight. I'm not sure yet about battery life as I just got it. Pairing went easily and just as the manual said.My only complaint so far is it doesn't shut off automatically after there is no signal for a period of time. I shut off my audio device and also the headphones that were connected to this. After 30 minutes this transmitter was still on. For a 5th star in the review this would have to shut itself off after 2-3 minutes if no audio signal is present (not TOO short of a time as that can get really annoying too). For a device that needs charging I was hoping it would shut itself off.

TX mode will introduce line noise back into the source which will be picked up by any wired devices or other transmitters on the line. This noise is exceptionally loud when not paired, like a shrill clicking squeal.When used as the only device for an audio source, it works as expected with one major caveat: the minimum volume necessary to transmit is exceptionally high, and the time delay to begin transmitting once sound is detected is too long. For example, a scene setup in a movie features a pause in foreground audio with some background noise. The noise is below the device's threshold, so it cuts out completely. Then the characters start talking, and the first second or two of their voices are cut off before transmission starts again.This device might be usable for some music, but it not usable as a TV bluetooth transmitter. I've tried at all available volumes. It works best at ear-bleeding levels, but is not usable that way.

It came quickly. Easy to install. Had great sound. Its cheap and it works pretty good. I had a few times over my first month where it would be connected but the sound was not working. I would have to shut it off and start again. It does what its supposed to and from my point of view sounded good. I did return it though because my aux port is in the arm console. So every time I got in the car I had to dig for the unit and turn it on. And when the car was off it was still connected because the battery was on. I wish it had a option to turn off and on with the car and auto connect.

was looking for something like this for sometime for my TV to transmit audio without buying a new headphone set. the sound quality sound great or better than TV speakers since it is noise free in an enclosed headset. you could almost hear the pin drop. surround sound is great and dont have to spend $100+ for similar device for a little bit better...i luv the easiness setup, pairing two devices, and long life battery (says 10+ hrs on continuous usages, but if you turn it off when not in use, like any devices that you would have...than it could goes for days without needing a recharge...) , and small enough to hide it behind the TV set . ONLY ask here is wishing it has optical audio connection capability to complete it. Thank you so much

This USB receiver works wonderfully to connect my phone to my car audio system. However, every time I get in the car I have to push the button to have the Bluetooth Transmitter/Receiver connect to my iPhone. Additionally, if I am lis tening to a book or podcast, I have to remember to stop the playback before turning off the car. The Bluetooth connection stays active, and the I will miss some of my story after the car audio system is turned off. The device should sense when the power Is turned off and drop the connection.

Very compact and light. Mounted on my 'old' Beats MIXR and works well. Tested in the RX mode with iPhone and Sony TV. There is no lag when watching Netflix. The multifunctional button does play/pause when listening to music from the iPhone. The sound quality surprises me. It does exactly what I expected. I would recommend it.UPD. after a couple of days of use I found the battery life from charge-to-charge is about 5-6h. Changing to 4 stars because of this and replacing this TT-BA12 model with TT-BA08 (a bit bulky but with 20 hours - as per the description).

I am very happy with both units. The bluetooth pairs quickly and the sound is fine. It is just for a TV so I can't speculate on an audio system. How does one rate sheerness and thickness on a transmitter.

DUD! DID NOT WORK. returned thru Kohls amazon return but you don't show as recieved even though i watched them scan in with other part returned.
