Q: The coconut macaroons are advertised as 1 10-oz package, but if you enlarge the picture, the bag says 6 oz. Which is it?

Q: why are coconut macaroons priced so high compared to other Archway cookies?

I believe it may be because Archway coconut macaroons are specifically cited as a folk cure for diarrhea. We ceased buying Archway due to the high cost, and now buy better tasting, fresher, and less expensive coconut macaroons from Shop Rite bakery. I cannot comment on the relative efficacy in stopping the runs.because neither seemed entirely effective.
