Carlson Pet Products SECURE AND FOLDABLE Single Door Metal Dog Crate, Small, 24.0"L x 18.0"W x 19.0"H

I bought this for the cat I rescued from outside. It was very cold out and I asked around to neighbors and no one claimed him, so I did. I wanted a way to integrate him into the household of three other cats while having room for him to eat, sleep and for a small cat box. This accomplishes all three of those. It's easy to put together, is sturdy, and was roomy enough for him to move around in a little. It doesn't wobble either. I think for the cost it was a great deal, but for the chance to rescue a beautiful, friendly ginger who was abandoned , it's priceless.

Wonderful big crate!!! I have a miniature American Eskimo. He is less then 25 lbs, (23.5 lbs to be exact) but he's all legs and hair. I needed a spacious crate that did not necessarily need to be sturdy, just spacious and this one fits the bill. Not only does my dog have more than enough space in it, but I can also put my toy terrier in their with him when she wants to cuddle up with him without worrying about them being cramped as I was with their last crate. I would totally buy another one if I had the space...this does take up the room of a medium/large coffee table and I wouldn't advise putting anything on it. Since I live in a 2 room apartment I had to remove a side table and move the couches around, but it totally worked. Additionally, I don't feel quite as bad if I have to stay late at work or take longer finishing up at the library because the crate is big enough that if my pup goes on the puppy pads he won't to lay on top or near his business. Because of the size I do not recommend for crate training small/medium size dogs unless you use the divider because the crate alwows for a den area and a poop area with out much overlap.

I never heard of this brand before, but for the price I couldn't pass it up. People were selling used ones for twice as much on different sites! It came quickly and I was impressed with it. It's also a pretty good size for being a medium. The latches are very sturdy. The bars do have a bit of give to them if you push against them, so I wouldn't recommend it for a powerful breed. I bought it for my Boston Terrier puppy to use occasionally and it will definitely be roomy enough for him as an adult as well. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I ordered this for my husky who likes to eat walls and it is a good size for her!! It’s easy to put together, took me 2 minutes to open and put together! She isn’t fond of it yet, but crate training takes time. I would say size up for anything bigger than a husky, but husky and smaller this crate is pretty nice. Update: She chewed the bars and broke out multiple times so I used tons of Zipties and clips and she still escaped. If you have an escapee invest in paying the 100$ more to get an industrial dog crate😂

So I have a large puppy. A really REALLY large puppy. He's also very smart, with a touch of separation anxiety. I wasn't sure that any crate could contain him, and I knew that the stores didn't have large enough options, so I took to the internet. The crate was easy to set up, and after some initial annoyance, Ky was willing to use the thing. Try as he might, he wasn't able to get out, though he *has* managed to push the plastic tray out somehow. Again, I don't foresee this being an issue for most people, Kylo just appreciates making his displeasure known. He has broken a few of the metal bars off, but to Carlson Pet Products' credit, the bars have come off cleanly, without any sharp edges, and Kylo hasn't eaten any of them. Also, the plastic tray has been a total lifesaver in my case, because twice Ky has gotten an upset stomach, and chosen his crate as the desired location for his vomit. It's a lot easier to clean dog vomit from a plastic surface, than a carpet!

I bought this back in 2019 when I got my 1st dog in preparation for when he was full grown 50lb + Eurasier. and it is still in full use to this day June 6 2025. Not only does my dog love it but it has also been easy to travel with. I've had to pack it up twice for cross country moves and every single time im able to lay it flat and then put it back together as if it never changed. Its been packed in a uhaul and strapped on top of the SUV from CA to OH. It has 2 options for openings which is great. I will say my dog is not a chewer or escape artist so not sure how it would fare against those types.

Durable product

I tried this because my dog was having issues with a more enclosed crate. It turns out she has serious anxiety issues in any type of crate but can’t be trusted out of it. It was easy to assemble and easy to fold up. It’s nice that the tray slides in for storage. The tray, however, did not last a week with my dog. She’s only 20 lbs but was easily able to destroy it with her chewing. Her drooling while chewing also caused some of the metal to rust. Overall, the price is good but the thin plastic tray doesn’t hold up if you have a chewer.

Good for pet

This cage certainly surpass my expectation! I was looking for something cheap so I bought the cheapest large cage on Amazon.ca (this one). I just adopted a Berniedoodle, and he should reach between 75 and 90lbs. This cage will definitely be enough for him. The cage is slightly heavier than I though, my wife as a hard time carrying it up and down the stairs. Very easy to fold and unfold. Offers enough protection against scratching and bumping. Probably impossible to unlock for a dog once inside. Comes with a nice removable plastic floor. Very easy to remove and clean. The floor stays cold so I recommend adding a blanket on it. This type of cage is not suitable as a carry-on if you want to bring your dog on a plane. Conclusion: Very happy with my purchase. Nothing bad to say about the cage. This will only be temporary until my dog becomes less crazy with the chewing when I am not home. Luckily dog cages resells very fast at almost the same price.

Tal como muestra la foto, ideal para perros schnauzer y razas de tamaños parecidos, incluso agregando una base mullida y un cono por si la mascota se encuentra recuperándose de alguna intervención el tamaño es excelente. Uno de los barrotes de la base llego un poco chueco, pero no es nada que afecte al producto.
