It says the mop handle does NOT work with the spin mop, where is the handle replacement for the spin mop?

I bought the base and the O-Cedar replacement handle and they work fine.

I love the mop but the handle came in two and it's this red base version. I don't see well & I'm wondering where to get a replacement handle?
