A review from a life-long sweater
Hello everyone! I wanted to take the time to write out this review for you all, as I was pretty skeptical about this but overall found it absolutely worth it.About me: I grew up with an extreme underarm sweating problem. Especially as a woman, I really couldn’t wear a lot of types of clothes without worrying about sweating through them in the arm pits. Just even sitting at work or school, I would “stress sweat” and get really self conscious about it.What I tried before this: Everything non-prescription, from men’s deodorant to under the clothes pads that you stuck to your body. Nothing worked well enough. I saw this, was desperate, and bought it because of its claim. Results: This really does work. I followed the instructions and did 3 pads the first week, then 1 each week after. I would suggest doing 2 pads or cut one pad in half if you need to, as some weeks I felt I was starting to sweat again. But WOW. It really works. I’m talking I can wear a grey shirt, go on a run, and nothing happens. It stopped my sweating even with my stress and it holds up to the claim. I cried one day when I realized I could buy all those cute clothes now that I always wanted to wear but never could because of worrying about sweating through them.So now for the Pros/Cons, because they’re importantPros:- No sweat. It really works. It’s a life changer-When you wake up in the morning, you don’t feel sticky or have a residue after wearing it all night.- You probably won’t need regular deodorant except for the smell purposes with itCons: You can use it right for the most part, and it will still burn. This product is 4/5 because it’s not for the faint of heart. It all depends on a few things- shaving- what soap you used to wash under your arms- if they’re dry enough for the product to be used correctly. Remember, this stuff is meant to block moisture, and it does so with a vengeanceTips from the last few months based off of trial and error- use it 3 times the first week, spread out throughout the week- do NOT use it within 24 hours of shaving. It says this on the jar but 12 hours doesn’t cut it- do not use it during the day. It’s a night time remedy for a reason- use bar soap and water to wipe off your cover deodorant or anything else (lotion, etc) then let dry for at least 10 mins. Dry with a clean towel before you use this stuff- when you sleep, and you feel discomfort/tingling/burning, lay with your arms above your head for a little while or as you fall asleep. This will allow it to dry faster and with less irritation- press, don’t wipe on. It can mean irritation- cut them in half to save you some moneyIs it worth it though?Absolutely!!!! I am no longer an excessive sweater and can live a normal, stress-free and sweat-free life. I will endure anything to keep from the embarrassment coming back into my lifeAre you worried about side effects? I worried at first about when my skin would get irritated, but I never had a rash or red bumps appear despite the irritation I felt. Also, the ingredient in this is used in higher doses with prescriptions from doctors, and there hasn’t been a study yet that can prove this treatment will cause issues (breast cancer, skin cancer, etc)Hopefully that helps you decide if this is worth getting, but for me it absolutely was worth it!

Everyone is different but it's a staple for me
I actually bought this by mistake. I was directed to another brand with similar colors and writing. Being distracted by the reviews and directions, I purchased it. I used it promptly as directed. I use it after I dry off from a shower one day a week on a day I havnt shaved my armpits. I dab the pad all over my underarm as directed. I blow dry it because i hate the feeling of it being wet/ sticky. It is slightly uncomfortable for maybe 15 minutes- a stinging / pricking pain really but then it goes away and you're set! I've found the results to last about 1.5-2weeks. That was after initial application which is using it 3x the first week . I've always avoided certain clothing due to underarm sweating. First dating back to when I was 13 years old. It's very random but always does happen when I get out of the shower, even if I take a colder shower. I will start sweating right away. I cleaned, worked out, and bartender in a grey, tight tshirt and not one drop of sweat. Even times when I could feel my body heating up cause of stress or just moving around. At the gym my chest, back and forehead still sweat so that's good, I'm not anti sweat in anyway- I just cannot wear certain clothes which was disappointing. I'm slightly concerned if it's okay for my body but at this point, I havnt had any skin changes, no weird glands, rashes, nothing. I will continue to use it for how well it works and how cheap & readily accessible it is. Finally! I can wear my cute greys, greens, and pastels again.I would recommend 'cause my body is pretty easy going to almost everything. However, everyones body is different some have sensitive skin. Worth a shot when you only have to do it once a week tops.

Feel the burn..
I received my container today and was super excited to try this out! I sweat excessively from my armpits, have even had Botox injections in my pits years ago to try to remedy the situation. My ‘clinical strength’ deodorant/antiperspirant isn’t cutting it in the Midwest humidity. So I decided to give this a shot!Initial first impressions:No smell, directions on canister are clear, pretty standard stuff...but If you held me down and pressed one of these pads to my armpits again, I would hand over the nuclear codes. THE BURNING!!! The screeching sounds that came from my bathroom when this stuff took hold sent the dogs running in terror and neighbors thinking there was a cat fight somewhere. When I finally peeled myself off the ceiling and found a semi awkward way to hold my arms like I was doing the chicken dance, a quick internet search revealed that not only is this the strongest aluminum chloride percentage you can get over the counter, you can’t shave 48 hours prior to application (usually it’s only 24) Guess what I did a couple days ago... so I inadvertently enacted a scorched earth policy on my own pits.Since my own stupidity led me to this point, I leave this review as a cautionary tale. Next week when I can safely put my arms back down, I will try again and see if I have better results! Will update later!
