Can these be boiled to sterilize them

NO! I just received and boiled for 3 minutes (as in waited for water to boil, then placed the jars and lids in), and all the lids warped so they don't fit the jars anymore. Would have been helpful if the seller made a clear response to this instead of leaving it up to us to do trial runs.

Can anyone tell me the interior diameter? I have a pressed eyebrow powder I want to fit in there.

It's internal diameter is 24 mm or ~15/16ths of an inch...

What size labels would i use on these? what is the diameter of the lid? could i use a 1" diameter label?

Yes, a 1" label would fit perfectly on these little jars. To my surprise, there was a sheet of white labels included. I wasn't able to use a printer to create professional looking labels, but for my testers they worked perfectly.
