Great Headset!
This is the headset that I use for my computer. I purchased it to replace a worn out old set of Logitech Clear Chat Headphones. It is very easy to install. You just plug it in and start using it. No software or pairing is required. The Logitech B530 Headset cable/cord is 96 inches (8 feet) long. The headset is very comfortable, clear sounding and easy to adjust. It is also great for getting rid of most background noises. It works well and I got it for a very reasonable cost. I am happy with the purchase and I would recommend it to others.

Comfortable, inexpensive headset with decent mic quality.
This is my second Logitech headset.My previous one, the h530, lasted 4 years (It fell on the ground and was trampled)good:- Having the controls on head work great.- The red feedback for mute is very necessary, and helpful.- Many Co-workers have asked me about the headset based upon call quality, and at least 2 have bought the same model.- I wear this for 6+ hours a day. It is comfortableBad:- It seems to go loose often. But it is easy enough to tighten up.- The volume buttons does fully integrate with the mac. There is no feedback, and it is reset if you change the volume on the mac.- The usb plug is big. Tricky if you are sitting on the sofa while on Skype.Volume button control isn't the end of the world since all keyboards have volume control keys. It is a little frustrating, especially since it worked great on my previous Logitech headset.At first, I was only shopping for ones that worked with the 1/8" jack - since iPhone headphones incorporate the volume control.But after using this for a while, it is not a problem using one of my two usb ports. And I like using usb which is open rather than the headphones that are custom and proprietary to Apple.

cheap quality
bought 2 of these and they both quit working after about 6 monthsI have upgraded to a much better Sades set

Sad, unsuccessful attempt at a lightweight headset/mike
This headset utterly failed to work with Win 8 and refused to communicate with Win 7 as well. However. the tech problems were merely the end of their short stay in my tech arsenal. Even without the connection problems, they would have been returned: the ear pads were very stiff and uncomfortable to wear even for my connection attempts - it had no "give" (unlike my comfy Logitech G35s). The sound from the Win XP connection (the only one that worked) was tinny and shallow, not the best effort from Logitech.I wanted a more compact headset for my laptop; these are not the solution.Thanks for the prompt return, Amazon. I'll keep looking...

My old one still works after all these years
Got another one for family. So far it works well.The leather plastic feels like it can tear easily. I don't know much about audio , but it does sound like it is a little degraded.However, I like it's one side button for easily turning off and on the mic

Love it
This is the headset I use for my radio show. It's comfortable, easy to adjust and I find it truly does cancel out background noise extremely well. I had to replace my almost 4 year old headset (same model) as the headband cracked, most likely from over use. I still used it but after a while the mute light no longer worked - probably due to the broken headband. I got another 6 months out of it though. I didn't bother researching others, I like this one, it works well so I ordered a replacement and received it in only two days. Also, no additional software or setup required, everything loads up automatically when you plug it in. Easy.

Good headset for most users, good for recording, solid phone replacement.
Great headset for Lync, setup is quick and easy, our users use them in place of phones. Sound quality is very good, we also do recordings for our phone system and AVL system, and those work very well for that purpose too. The only item of note is extended wear can hurt your ears, and those with larger ears will not enjoy the smaller cup size on the ear.

Excellent quality, without breaking the bank!
I bought this to both record and listen to videos on the computer. It works beautifully! Sound quality is excellent, and recording quality is top notch! The headphones are also quite comfortable to wear. Yes, there are more expensive headsets out there, but this one does exactly what I need it to do - and I don't sound like I'm under water or in a tin can, when I do it! Very happy with this purchase!
