Dukes Real Mayonnaise - Two 8 Fl Oz Jars

Delicious!! Better than any other mayonnaise! All 6 jars delivered are separated & had to be tossed!! Plus, almost at expiration date. Sad, best mayonnaise, however bad mayonnaise cannot be replaced/returned so my big loss!! Being an east coast transplant to California, I will find another supplier for Duke’s mayonnaise! Again new order & jars were smashed! Not good!

Bought the 8oz bottle. I feel like it would be a travel size for camping. As a side by side comparison with Best Foods I feel like it is super similar and maybe leans towards one notch tangier. Best Foods does have sugar where as Dukes does not if that is your selling point. Value wise I feel like it is super pricy and am not sure if I would get it again when it really didnt stand out to Best Foods.

This is my favorite mayonnaise and has always been, so I still buy it.

I added these to my cart in a hurry during Prime Day and assumed I was getting 2 regular jars of Duke's. I completely missed that these were mini jars that are about the size of a small jar of vitamins. I wish I had just waited and gotten this at the grocery store, where I could have gotten 2 30 oz jars for the same price. That said, I love Duke's mayo, so my review is purely about the price for the size you're getting.

Thousands of 4 and 5 star, I had give it a try. I used it the same way I use any other brand and I found no difference in taste with one exception and that was in macaroni and potato salads. The difference is hard to explain it was like it had a little zip it was like there was a vinegar taste at the end of the tasting. I was able to create a similar taste by adding a small amount of apple cider vinegar to the potato and macaroni salads I made to compare taste. I fed both to several adult family members and they thought I used the same mayonaise in both salads. I just don't understand the brand hype. Being from up north I have to order it and pay a premium price to ship it. I don’t find enough difference to justify paying nearly double what I normally pay for the brand I normally purchase.

Well there isn’t even words to describe this… Im in tears of joy as I write this review of Dukes. I was hesitant as I started to twist the lid.. I was always told (from Childhood) that Best Foods Mayonnaise was the king of spreads and a great addition to pasta salads, chicken salad, and other various foods. I relevantly spread some Dukes on my Grandma Sycamores bread.. my hand was shaking, I was nervous.. I was going against everything my parents have taught me. My son looked me in the eyes and said “dad, are you sure this is what you want in your life right now” I just shook my head in confusion, not knowing what to say back. I tossed my second slice on top of the tomatos and put it on a plate. As I sit down, I made sure nobody was around to see me doing this. Im sure the Best Foods gods were just shaking mad at me. I went for that first bite… all six senses instantly exploded.. I had a moment of confusion, happiness, all at once. Where has this been all my life? The flavors all mixed together like a fine greek orgy.. a thing of beauty, so majestic and organic. All of a sudden, the air was cleaner, the water tasted better, people around me were happy.. I even saw 2 baby unicorns flying around my home. Im a believer, Duke’s has my heart.. Sincerely, a new believer of Duke’s.

The tase of the product was excellent but the price is very high for two 8 oz jars. I usually buy Hellmans 40 oz. jar and the comparison was stunning. I I could buy this product off the shelf it may be cheaper and it would have a new devotee.

Since I now live in the southwest I have my Duke’s Mayo shipped to me. My husband eats Miracle Whip. Gross! It is not even Mayonnaise. Duke’s is nice, creamy and rich with flavor. So glad I can get it delivered. No more packing an extra suitcase when I visit back home. Well, I still do but I get my Duke’s Mayonnaise delivered to my door. Ahhh..so delicious.
