Good to have but not everytime
Out of 5 attempts I was able to sleep peacefully for 3 times. Even though i didn't get a sound sleep couple of times, still I woke-up fresh in the morning.

Not effective for me
I bought it because of good reviews, unfortunately it did not work for me at all after following the instructions. Maybe it's person to person.
