Not wired correctly and does not function like a real ST-LINK V2.
Pin 1 & 2 should be connected together and used to detect target VCC but they aren't, so this was not usable in my environment. I tried to solve this by changing my cable to use just pin 1 or pin 2 but couldn't get it to work correctly. Just kept getting red flashing light. My real ST ST-LINK V2 works perfectly but not this copy.Update (16.Dec.2022): I managed to make a working cable by adding a diode between pin 1 and pin 19.So, although this device does not function like a real ST-Link, I have been able to make it work in my case by modding the cable to the target. This mod is not needed with a real ST-Link.

Doesn't work
I plugged the device in, It doesn't even enumerate as a USB device. Tried many cables on 3 computers. Complete waste of money

Doesn't contain voltage convertor
Very unreliable, investigation shows this doesn't contain the level convertor circuitry.

It doesn't work
It frequently errors\disconnects, it won't take upgrades, and other STM32 V2 links with the same USB cable and talking to the same target work fine.
