Returned because didn't fit, received FULL refund. Re-ordered replacement in larger size and it fits perfect. Amazon makes it easy to return, but impossible to replace, so two transactions, return, then re-order. This is really nice, high quality item. Comfortable fit. I use it for a umbilical hernia and works great. Also helps my back, it's designed purpose. Note: pants size and waist size are not necessarily the same.

Does what it's supposed to do just fine. Had to wait over a month for delivery for some unknown reason.

This works just as advertised. Needed it for back pain that occurs when I sit on couch and work on needlework and diamond art or stand too long while cooking.

excellent fit

Pain relief? Depends on what you mean. It helps support the lower back so in that way maybe there might be less pain than if it wasn't worn at all. If I'm already achy in my lower back, putting it on doesn't take pain away. At least not for me anyway. Support, yes it does help there. Wearing it while doing general lightweight lifting around the house or shop, helps. Less strains than if it wasn't worn it seems. Comfort is debatable. It isn't comfortable to me. It makes me feel hotter, naturally due to the multiple layers of fabrics and materials. It reduces movement, of course part of that is by design ergo, supporting the back in that regard. But there are times when it has to be taken off to do a task. I guess this is part of where I expected more. Restricted movement is problematic at times and it's inconvenient to stop working to remove it to finish a task. quality! kudos in that regard. it is very well made and for me the 80% of the time I get to use it, I say thank you.

I had surgery in 2011 and was told my back would never be the same. The older I get the more it slows me down. I always have a project going on in my shop and learned to limit myself as far as lifting or staying in the wrong position to long. By the time I come in the house though I’m walking stooped over and end up in my chair the rest of the evening. I love to fish and only have a 16’ extra wide flat bottom boat. Without a couple of hours I’m stooped over hanging on to things with my hands just to get to my seat after setting up the boat and all my lines. Sometimes I actually sit down and hope I don’t get a bite. Another fisherman advised me to get this brace. He swore by it. It is worth every penny. I forget it sometimes while in my shop working and when the pain starts though I get it right away and put it on. Instant pressure relief and I get around good after working. I can now stay on the water all day if I want. When I’m sitting I’ll undo it because I’m good while sitting. It only takes a second to pull it together so I can get up and move a drift sock or grab a bent over rod. Also makes a difference when fighting a giant catfish.

This is an excellent product. Approved by my chiropractor for the extra belts to adjust the belt. It is warm to wear in summertime
