Blues Bass Play-Along - Volume 9 Book/Online Audio (Bass Play-along, 9)

I haven't had the time to use the book as much as i would like, but until now it seems very accurate (both musical notation and Tab) and great fun. The song selection is nice and covers different blues styles. Excellent for begginers to intermediate players with an interest in the blues.

The mix on the audio CD is awful - you can't hear the bass for crap, and even changing the balance so you're only getting the left side has so much other band in it the bass is difficult to pick up.I'm really disappointed - one thing you expect from a bass play-along product is the bass isolated on one channel so you can pick out the bass syncopation - this product gets two thumbs down for that.

play along using a string bass is hard to find but the electric bass was a good alternative

These Hal Leonard play alongs are great listen tools.

I have most of the play along series and they just have some great selections. The fact that this one had Hoochie Koochie Man pretty much sealed the deal for me. Great stuff for begginers to people like myself who are always looking for new stuff and people to play with.

It does not include the Audio online as describe, that audio is ok.

スコアとしては出来の良いものですが、ダウンロードのデモ＆カラオケが全体的に突っ込み気味のタイミングで演奏されており、オリジナルのニュアンスが捉えきれていない感があります。ヴィンテージ・ブルースのニュアンスを再現できる人は、アメリカのスタジオミュージシャンでもそんなにいないのかもしれません。

Libro ben fatto. Trascrizioni chiare con spartito e tab. Unica cosa scomoda è che ogni brano occupa diverse pagine perchè è scritto quasti tutto per esteso, anche se, ad esempio, c'è solo una piccola differenza tra una strofa e l'altra.

Bluesrockklassiker eben.... für fortgeschrittenere Bassisten ist das Heft wharscheinlich nicht anspruchsvoll genug, für Neu- und Quereinsteiger schon. Jeder Titel ist sowohl als komplettes Arrangement als auch als Jamtrack ohne Bass aufgenommen. Die Produktion klingt ausgesprochen gut und soweit ich das beurteilen kann, sind die Basslinien sehr nah am Original und enthalten die komplette Transkription für jeweils das gesamte Stück inklusive Fills und Variationen.Simplere Stücke wie "The Thrill Is Gone" wechseln sich mit durchaus anspruchsvolleren wie z.B. "Pride And Joy" ab, hier lassen das hohe Tempo und weite Stretches über vier Bünde keine Langeweile aufkommen!Es macht Spaß, mit diesen Play-Alongs zu jammen und ist gut angelegtes Geld!
