I played this game as a child with my grandma. This game brings back wonderful memories. My students love this game.

It just would not spring like it was supposed to. It is nothing like the game I knew as a child. I paid $33 for this piece of junk.

I played this game while babysitting some kiddos and had a lot of fun. So I wanted my own but was shocked to look for it and find the version the owned was almost $50. Luckily i found this $20 alternative and was able to snag a used copy up for $5 free shipping! Very please with what I recieved. I haven't encountered any of the problems that others have mentioned. But hey if one of the other comsumers were disatisfied and returned it, that certainly worked out well for me cause I was able to get it on the cheap!

I had the game when I was a little girl. My brother and I would play it at our grandmother's house. When she died, mom brought the game to our house. My children played it when they were small. Some how the wooden tray broke and we lost a lot of the pieces. My daughter wanted her daughter to play it, so I ordered one for her Christmas present. She loves it just as much as we did.

I remember this toy from my childhood, and the overall concept is great. My 2 year old and 7 year old (and I) can play easily, since the rules can be understood by anyone. We can play the game in 15 minutes, so it's a good time-filler when we don't want to commit to a more complicated or elaborate game. One I spent a half hour fixing the game board, it's great.I had to take the game board apart (2 screws) and smooth some rough edges with sandpaper because the spring loaded "plunger" would stick. The craftsmanship is on-par with cheap Chinese toys and the game pieces look like something hacked out of scrap wood. The kids could care less, but it just feels very cheap.
