Adequate replacement
This was purchased as I was unable to purchase a Canon branded data transfer cable. There are two in a pack and the one I have used works perfectly.

Photo transfer
My grandson was given a very nice camera to learn how to take photos, but we needed a connection lead to connect to our computer to do the transfer, this cable did the job with no effort.
