I got this pan for my sister as she is in charge of the Christmas flan. It seems well made and sturdy. She said it was the easiest flan she has ever made! We were getting concerned as it initially wasn't coming out, but just like that, it slid right out. Perfect! There was not one flaw. A little soak and it came perfectly clean--ready for next year!
