All physical format. Detroit become human in one case, and the second case contains 2 disc's for heavy rain and beyond two souls remastered. 3 disc's in total.

Are the patches on the discs or do they require downloads? i'm only referring to the patches. is there any patches to download?

Heavy Rain and Beyond Two Souls didn't have any patches for me. Detroit Become Human had one patch that was a little over 700mbs so not too hefty of a patch.

Are there any codes in the box?

No, just 2 cases with the 3 discs for each game

Does this release come with all DLC for all three games?

Yes. All DLCs are on the discs already. Only Heavy Rain had any type of DLC if I remember.
