Delivers a good message but personally did not make me feel better about the loss of my brother. This book is for people going through hard times ..like loss of a job or not getting the promotion you were praying for. This isn't a book for someone dealing with loss of a loved one. He's trying to make sense of why bad things happen to good people but overall the book was a by confusing to me and by the end of the book I didn't really feel any sense of comfort.

A complete waste of money. This book is loaded with verses, but absolutely zero theological depth. Fundamentalists might like this book, but I'm not one of them.

Great book! takes you on a journey

I choose this book because we were studying it for our small group meetings for our church. It is very good book and was very enjoyable . I learned some new stuff and it helped me in my daily lifestyle . I appreciate this book very much . Thank you and keep up the great work .

Great book!

Early in this book it really turned me off. The chapters talking about suffering as god's punishment read like a poor downtrodden domestic violence victim defending her abuser. He loves me. That's why he cares enough to beat me. Wow what a shockingly inept and faulty chapter.It did get better later talking about god lol bing us through our troubles
