2016 -aspiring superintendent- I got this program book for my own knowledge as I went to aspiring superintendent program in New Mexico. This book was contemporary and relevant forDistrict level leadership. I recommended this book upon completion to my program facilitator who also purchased it. I recommend this book to my superintendent and another as far as c District level leadership. I recommended this book upon completion to my program facilitator who also purchased it. I recommend this book to my superintendent. In short, I think it's a great book and a good place to either begin thinking about superintendency or to strengthen your thinking about superintendency. I used it as a resource multiple times already.

Awesome book. Packed full of real life examples from real industry leaders. Loaded with recent research. Must have for LU Ed D Online EDU 743.

This book gets to the heart of the superintendency. I would recommend this book to anyone interested in entering central office.

Very useful textbook! Good enough that I will save it for future reference rather than selling it back like most texts.

Antiquated and boring to read. Truly the “Superintendent Book for Dummies.” The copyright date alone makes it an outdated resource.
