Where is the adjustment for day/night?

The adjusters are on the underside of the sensor head, marked SENS (to set the detection range), TIME (to set the linger time which the sensor will keep the light active for after movement stops being detected) and LUX (to set the level of darkness required before the sensor will cause the controlled lights to activate for movement).

Can you adjust the sensitivity so for example that it only detects from a distance of 6m?

Hello Yes you can, you can adjust the angle of the head, the sensitivity by the controls and by masking the lens with pvc tape to limit the distance and sides of the detection area. Using a combination of these you should be able to set the detection to up to 6m. That is about what mine is, it's to stop picking up the public walking past my drive. Hope this helps.

can i have two of these sensors on the same circuit covering two entrances to a walkway with either one switching the live.

Yes, all you have to do is connect the 2 sensors mains and light to a 4 way junction box, connect all the earth wires to the 1st terminal in the 4 way junction box, connect all the neutral wires to the 2nd terminal in the 4 way junction box, connect the mains live wire and the live feed wires to the 3rd terminal in the 4 way junction box, connect the switched return wires from the sensors and the live feed wire to the light to the 4th terminal in the 4 way junction box. Note connecting a light switch between the 3rd and 4th terminals in the 4 way junction box will allow you to manually override the sensors so the light stays on for as long as you need it
