It works.
I only used it one time with the Rockpal solar charger battery unit and it worked. As long as it continues to work for the rare times I need it, I will be happy with it. I normally use a house wall outlet with a different electrical cord for the wall outlet.

Exactly what you need for travel.
This allows me to use my CPAP while a passenger in a car, or using a battery.

Great value
Used for my CPAP Resdmed 9 camping. Turned the humidifier off. On a full charge you would get about 4 nights usage on average 7 hours a night. Terrific product for the money. $150.00 less than the cpap portable battery. You do have to by the adapter for it. Great product.

Works good
This works good, just needed a better battery supply. So I am hooking up to my deep cell batteries.

12 vt adaptor for RV and boat use!
Works great. Use this adapter to plug my cpap in on the boat at the 12vt accessory plug!

No issues.
When there is not car around without this converter, my tool is useless. There is not always a car around, so it is great to be unchained from a cigarette lighter socket and be able to use all the plugs all around me.

Ticking Time Bomb!
Worked. But, after about 4 hours I thought it was going to explode! Gets VERY HOT!

You need this!
Worked like a charm on my CPAP machine. Enables my setup to work for 3 nights. Highly recommended.
