I’ve been using the Ginger Foot Pads for a week now, and here’s my experience:
Ease of Use: The pads are incredibly easy to apply. Each foot patch comes with a sticky backing that adheres well to the soles of your feet. I found that wearing socks over the pads while using them helped keep them in place throughout the night, which was really convenient. No Change in Color Yet: Despite using the pads for an entire week, I haven’t noticed any significant color change in the patches, which may be a bit discouraging at first. However, I understand that results can vary based on individual factors, so I’m not too concerned yet.Better Sleep: One noticeable benefit has been an improvement in my sleep quality. I’ve been waking up feeling more rested and less restless during the night, which is definitely a positive outcome!Increased Energy and Motivation: After a week of using the foot pads, I’ve experienced a noticeable boost in my energy levels. I’ve been more motivated throughout the day, tackling tasks with renewed enthusiasm and focus.Improved Mood: My overall mood has also improved. I feel more balanced and less fatigued, and my stress levels have gone down. This has been a great bonus that I wasn't expecting when I first tried the foot pads. Conclusion: While I haven’t seen dramatic changes in the color of the pads yet, I’ve definitely noticed improvements in sleep, energy, and mood. The Ginger Foot Pads seem to be working well for me, and I’ll continue using them to see if the results improve further. Highly recommend if you're looking for a natural w

Well I don’t know how good they are yet.
Well haven’t noticed any changes but will keep trying. They won’t stay on without socks.

Surprising results
I did not realize how many toxins I come into contact with everyday. I help clean houses and even with protective gear I feel nasty sometimes after. I put these on my feet. Depending on what it's pulling out it can be different colors.I thought it was a joke because it came off my feet looking like tar... I was tested a few weeks later and found out I had ingested arsenic somehow over a long periodof time. I started looking into detoxing naturally and these footpads came up in my searches. These are easy to apply; which is a good thing because the instructions are not in English. Sometimes i can feel it pulling toxins through my legs to my feet. It has helped stop leg cramps also.I put socks on over them and wear them when I sleep. They stick well to my feet. For how many you get its a great value.I will continue to buy them and use them.

Was Hopeful, but Made Me Physically Ill
I have autoimmune issues, insomnia, arthritis, chronic body pain, and was super hopeful.I tried detox foot pads about 15 years ago, back when I was young and healthy (bought from a big-box store's impulse section), and I remember the instructions were to do one foot at a time, and alternate over the course of a week, take a week break, then repeat. I also remember the pads got lighter in color over time.Fast forward to now: I fished through all the Amazon options, looking to avoid lavender (gives me migraines), and came across this one. However, when it arrived, the package has a picture of a lavender field and the "aroma infused" description talks about lavender. I tentatively opened the package, and luckily didn't smell lavender. In fact, there was barely a scent.I decided to try just one foot for the first night.Adhesive was decent for the first hour of wear, but I felt it start peeling, so I added a sock. When I woke up, there was the faint smell of charcoal, but not horrible. It peeled off easily, and I washed my foot with a hot rag.I didn't notice better sleep, but I was still optimistic! However, as I moved around my house, the charcoal "BBQ" smell got stronger, so I emptied the trash where I'd tossed the pad.The smell still didn't dissipate, and I realized it was my foot!Within the hour, I became extremely nauseous and began praying to the porcelain god.Due to my health issues, I'm very conscientious of triggers, and this was the only new thing in my (pandemic self-isolated) routine.I soaked my foot in an epsom salt bath and scrubbed with soap.My foot still smells.Maybe this does actually detox, in the form of vomiting your entire stomach contents? Not worth purging my autoimmune medication, and feeling cruddy.Won't use again. What a waste of money, and physically dangerous.
