Cajun Style Pickled Quail Eggs - Gallon

I am enjoying my quail eggs! These are so delicious!!!😋(initially getting the lid off takes 2 people. Sealed very tight!)

If you like pickled eggs and a little bit of heat to your bite then you will love these. I love Quail, eggs, and hot peppers so this a match made in heaven. Quail eggs are about half the size of a normal egg so they are a perfect one bite snack that packs a spicy kick. I have to limit myself to just two at a time or I would probably eat the whole jar in a week.

The flavor is okay, not as spicy as I would have thought being Cajun but I was really disappointed that a majority of the eggs were broken apart. I’m not sure if this happened during shipping or beforehand. The package arrived in shape and plenty of packing peanuts so if I had to guess, it happened before they were shipped.

....they turn to a mushy paste but the time they hit your tongue. 10 out of 10 would not recommendBuy the smaller batches. These are God aweful.

Not anything like I'm used to around here.. I thought I could save buying a big jar but the taste is VERY different from what I'm used to..It's not bad, just not what I'M used to, its my understanding now that everyone does theirs alittle differently.So I prefer my local pickler

It is very good. The quail eggs are not all beat up, but are intact. I eat a few almost everyday.

These were the best eggs I ever had in my life. I receive a gallon just last week, and have eaten about 57 eggs since. They good for every meal and snack in between. I highly recommend purchasing these eggs as they might just save your life. The flavor was mysterious and changed my perspective on humanity
