It works well for what it is.
Its a good little stool. I have extremely limited space in my bedroom and cant fit a normal chair without it being a pain in the a$$. Had for about a year now and its held up well. No issues with the folding pin or anything else. The "cushion" isn't a cushion so I throw a pillow on it if im gonna be sitting for any real length of time, but thats would be true for any type of metal or wood stool as well. I Use it with and adjustable height tv tray and its been perfect for what I need it for. If you just need something to sit on that folds up to less than an inch flat and stows away super easy than this is a great option. Hasn't failed me yet in the last year.

Perfect height stool
This stool is the right height and is easy to open and close. The color is nice and the cushioning is very nice. Easy to store in our bathroom.

CHECK HEIGHT BEFORE BUYING!
My bad for not checking the height measurement (it's very short), BUT you should know that this item will NOT fold back down! I couldn't return it because could not get it to fold back down, even when you follow the directions. So I will have to eat the cost because I cannot get it flat to fit back in the box and return it.
