Amazing and trusted product! Yes this is expensive for a small bottle, but if you can make it work the results are worth it. I am taking this for brain and cellular health as a lyme and coinfections support. I believe this product effectively supports health and wellness throughout the whole body as it truly heals cells over time. It is a very viscous, dark liquid. It doesn't have a strong smell, but I'll be honest - I struggled with the taste at first! I know it sounds strange, but the taste stopped bothering me and now I actually crave it every morning with my breakfast. Strange, yes, but I truly believe my body knows this is helping me. Taking it with food helps as well. I strongly recommend this product for anyone with lyme, CIRS, and anyone who wants to improve cell integrity and brain health. I plan to take this for a long time!

I am almost 80 years old and still working, reading, and fairly active. This is not just luck or good genes as both of my parents died relatively young. Unlike our sitting POTUS, I am still sharp, articulate, and focused. I am a retired lawyer working toward an engineering degree and I believe that select supplements, including this one, make that possible. This is a good product, and I recommend it, even though it is a bit pricey. I am satisfied with the quality and will continue to use this softgel phosphatidylcholine complex.

The product is great and I want to continue using it. Amazon needs to package it appropriately. The glass bottle was intact, but the cap on top was cracked. It was broken. It came in a simple plastic bag. Amazon, please wrap glass bottles appropriately!

Great product and well worth it. This product gave me clean energy and it was noticeable. I have anxiety and this helped after taking it for a week. Seems to help me sleep better as well. There are other cheaper products but this one helps the most. Id recommend everyone give this a try and stay consistent to notice the benefits.

Ingredients you do not want. 1. Gmo soy (carcinogenic proven per pubmed studies), rancid flax seed oil (estrogenic and when rancid also carcinogenic per pubmed studies), and… ethanol, as in the fuel people use for car engines and heavy machinery. So, sure, I bet there are good ingredients in this concoction… but why so many unnecessary illness provoking proven ingredients? I guess we’ll never know. I reached out to one of their main marketers via Instagram and in a civilized manner I asked about these ingredients. She directed me to direct message her. I declined on the basis that her response will clarify things and maybe reassure people so I said it’d be best to do it where everybody can see it. Her response? Crickets all day. This morning I realized that today she blocked me from her account. I thought science was to be questioned… but maybe I misunderstood. If you value your health research these ingredients and ask question from the makers. We will never get a true upgrade from pharmaceuticals until the holistic arena understands we are not fools.

If you are concerned about brain health, and detoxification from various carcinogens or metals, this is an excellent product, it does provide good energy, I have not had any stomach upset, however, I am COMT++ on two out of three alelles and I have had to supplement with magnesium citrate to help balance out the effect of this product on my bowels due to the COMT mutation and not being able to process catecholemines and other hoormones and chemicals the brain manufactures, or that are supplemented in order to keep my bowels moving, but this is only due to the COMT++ gene mutations.

Excellent form of phosphatidylcholine. My Dr used to recommend it is the US and I’m glad to have found it here. It’s pricey but very good.

I'll be honest, i was skeptical in spite of the reviews (having tried many different things over the years) and i did do some research on the company and the science behind PC and the process used to crate this product. I took it on and off for a few days then stopped so wasn't consistent. I then received another order as i had subscribed and forgot so i decided to give it another try. Read a couple of reviews and one mentioned taking it consistently to see the results. I'd been taking it in my smoothies previously but this time i decided to try taking it direct sublingually leaving it under my tongue for at least 30 seconds. Within a few minutes i felt the effects as mentioned in the other reviews, it does what it says on the label as far as i am concerned; I made the mistake of taking some in my yoghurt last night (i wanted to get it into my system and experience the benefits) and i was awake till 4.30 am and it really affected my sleep quality. still feel the benefits today even though i'm zonked and brain fogged so i won't make that mistake again. Oh yeah i should mention i have suffered with long term health issues akin to ME/CFS but undiagnosed. I've spent years researching and trying different supplements, protocols, therapies etc which is what lead me to try this. I believe my mitochondria is damaged but i can't afford the tests and supplements privately that would be required long term so i've trying to work it out myself but i'm pretty well attuned to when something works or not. I would recommend giving it a try but DYOR. I think you'll see the most benefit by taking it sublingually as it's been absorbed directly into the bloodstream and you'll know directly within a few minutes whether it works or not so that would be my advice. I'm glad in hindsight i received another order or i might not have ran the experiment. If you do try it post in the comments and lmk your experience with it.

I find this very helpful in protecting the liver from pollutants. It helps protect the membranes of cells. I take it along with methyl B complex to enable effective detoxification.
