Product comes packaged well. After putting in the SD card I bought I gave it a couple of quick tests. The video and sound are decent. Considering the cost of the item I'm satisfied.Quick tip.. for those who learn better by watching, there are a couple of Youtube videos made by customers showing the product in use.

The only thing that was hard to figure out was how to access the card slot and charging port. You have to deploy the fake key, and lift off the back cover, to move the attached plastic guard out of the way. The card slot doesn’t click the card in. It’s a little tricky to push that tiny card in while putting the plastic guard back, which holds the card in place. Practice with it before recording for real. Its view is a little high. I thought I was recording in front of me when I was actually recording the ceiling. The resolution of the video and the sound are really good. The unit was packaged nicely in a box with a spot for the unit, it’s cable, and USB adaptor to plug into your computer. You’ll need Windows Media Player on a PC. Overall I’m pleased with my purchase.

The camera did what we bought it to do - provide irrefutable evidence of employee theft. The picture was clear from about 15 feet away, indoors, with plenty of daylight coming in. I can't comment on its night vision abilities. Although the battery life isn't termendously long, being able to set the camera to motion-detect increases the amount of time you can cover with it - ours was still going strong after 3+ hours on motion detect.Like all similar spy cams, this one's a little tricky to use: You have only flashing LEDs to let you know what's going on. It's possible to have turned the device off when you think you've set it to record. Taking the time to practice and get used to the device will be well worth it!This one's light does go on when it starts recording; a tiny square of black electrician's tape will cover the LED admirably.

This thing worked for a short time, like a week, than it stopped working. It seems to turn on but when you click on Record or take a picture, than nothing happens. The power light comes on and that is it, after a week than then nothing else turned on. Very cheap product and this is a scam. DON'T BUY IT.

I use this routinely to record myself in a class so that I can review and practice everything on my own time. It records well, but there seems to be an issue with the audio and video syncing ... the video would play but the audio is clearly lagging behind, so much that sometimes it's just bizarre watching the recording where no one is talking (but the audio is saying what they said like 20 mins ago). The material felt sleek, but evidently was not very good quality, because the surface started to peel off on its own (I literally don't do anything but leave it on my desk undisturbed... it just started peeling off on its own).Very disappointed of these 2 things, not convinced it was worth the money.

First,the packaging is perfect. After unpacking, I was also very satisfied with the product. The product is exquisite and the function is exactly the same as described. I turn on the function of night vision at night. It is very sensitive to the capture of objects. Pictures and videos are also very clearly. The most important is that it can directly connect the charging line to the computer to view the video and pictures inside. Very convenient!!! The seller's service attitude is also excellent, with patience to teach me how to use it. Each function tells me how to operate in detail. Happy shopping in this time!

Very cheaply made expected it for the price. The camera was not positions straight it pointed upward when on a flat surface. Video quality was poor in low light video was very dark. Outside video had a purple tint to it.Anyone looking for this to use for work Dont purchase.Just looking for a toy camera it might work for you.

When I first opened the container, I was very skeptical about this. But I was pleasantly surprised when after taking a couple test shots you could see the image. Its not the best. But its very good. I would honestly use this in my mailbox with the motion detector on to catch mail thieves, or set it up in the living room facing the door to catch people that try and steal packages. It comes with everything you need. (you would probably need to find a longer cord) but it comes with the camera itself, CD and USB reader, and .along with a couple mounting devices in case you want to use it as a webcam
