I don't believe it works on manual transmissions. You may want to check their website for products on manual transmissions. For automatics, it works well. I saw a difference in my vehicle that had 145,ooo miles on it.

Will this transmission flush work in a chevy th350 transmission???

I can't give you a 100% honest answer on your particular TH350. I can confirm that this product extended the life of an automatic transmission of a Forester 2002 by 100,000 miles and over 50,000 miles on a Toyota Sienna. It is an outstanding product. Be aware that you have to flush away the old fluid of the ENTIRE transmission system.
