I discovered these heaven sent 2-in-1 razor/electronic bikini trimmers YEARS ago when I lived in Portland (around 2014) at Fred Meyers. But didn't see them again for ages and held onto that sucker for longer than I'd like to admit lol probably was the first version of this (orange handle). I obviously got different razors but lover the bikini trimmer so much that I kept using it as long as I could or rather till I finally found a newer replacement! I've tried different trimmers and the last one I tried was I think a Venus one but it's not a REAL trimmer like this and more so similar to those electronic facial hair removers if thst makes sense to anyone lol I'm not down with shaving downstairs cos I can't handle the horrible torture itchy painful stubble when the hair starts to resurface. Doesn't matter what shave cream or after shave products I used..you can't pay me to get me to go back to shaving (ok maybe that's a lie 😅). But this my lady friends is a God send if you're like me and don't like to get bushy with it but don't want to shave either. Yes it is kinda scary putting something electronic down there (that's not a toy😆) but this really rarely ever hurts me. I usually don't use the white safe guard cos I prefer to trim the hedges a tad bit more than a buzz cut. It's sometimes easier to trim first if you've been letting the hedges grow out a bit btwn shaves and that can also save you from any possible slightly painful tugs..if that makes sense. This my friends is such an ingenious product and while it is a bit pricey...it's worth it esp for a cheapskate like me who uses these babies for AGES 😆 I was lucky nuff to find the hydro silk sensitive razor with 1 refill on sale on here for around $3 so I was able to get some more refills since I don't think I'm the only one who dreads buying expensive wrongly overpriced refills. Tbh I use them separately now as while this is waterproof..I didn't want to let it live in my shower and risk getting any possible rust (I don't think they rust easily cos they're great quality) or God forbid it stops working 😵 and it is slightly bulky but nothing too big or bad. But it's been easily worth the $16 ish for sure! As I use the bikini trimmer weekly and don't have to have my razor unnecessarily tag along for the ride or vise versa. Anyways that's the end of my awkward tangent...JUST BUY IT if you're on the fence! Worse case it you might not like it and once you use up all your razor refills you can give the trimmer to your boyfriend or hubby or heck Im sure one of your girlfriends might enjoy it more than you! Cos for the price I will say it's great quality and sturdy! Wouldn't normally go out of my way to review a razor but this my friends is MORE than a razor this is a lady's new hair trimming bff! Say goodbye to nicks, razor burn and painful regrowth! However I will say that it's not the same as shaving and you can't or at least I cant get it to trim as good as a shave but close enough and I don't really prefer to be completely bald but don't like to go au natural either so this is been a game changer for me

I owned one of these for 5+ years and had no problems with it: it worked as intended and NEVER caught my skin or hair. It finally gave out (though I wonder if that was the case- see later note in review) and I bought a generic Chinese one. BIG mistake. It would catch in my hair and, worse, give me little cuts. After that I bought another Schick and it served me well for another ~5 years, then "gave out" and I bought a different shaver by a name brand that is also very highly reviewed on here. It was better than the generic Chinese one, but the thing vibrated so hard it would hurt to hold it for more than 30 seconds at a time, and I don't have arthritis or anything like that. It still works, but I got so fed up using it I bought another Schwick. To my surprise THIS Schwick came with a little instructional card about popping the blade top off and cleaning under it to keep the part that moves the blade from getting gummed up with old hair. Curious, I pulled out the old "bad" Schwick-- turns out it was just so full of hair the blade couldn't move. So now I have two, but I don't mind because this way I have a spare. Unless Schwick seriously changes something about this design, I am never going to buy a different brand of shaver. EVER. Works as intended, and has NEVER cut me. It very rarely catches in hair, and when it does it's just a little pinch instead of the kind of wrench that makes you tear up. It's easy to hold and the vibration isn't unnecessarily strong. The razor is fine. But buy it because it's THE superior shaver.

I absolutely LOVE this razor/trimmer. I have used Schick Hydro Silk razors for a while now because they work wonders. To be honest I don't shave very often so I need a razor that can stand up to the forest of hair on my legs, in addition to conquering other areas that need to be shaved, and I want to be able to use the razor more than one time. Schick Hydro Silk razors have proven to be the only ones that are up to the task. So when I saw a commercial for the TrimStyle I thought, "Oh man! I need to get this! They just made the Hydro Silk razors even better!" I hate spending a long time on shaving, which is why I typically avoid it unless absolutely necessary, so I have been wanting to find a product that cuts down on shave time. Trimstyle is that product! It has the wonderful power of the Hydro Silk Razors and now a bikini trimmer so when the “forest” starts to overgrow I can easily and quickly trim it down which makes shaving quicker. I can also save a lot of time and not even shave after trimming because of the adjustable comb. If I set it to the lowest setting, which really is just taking the comb completely off, it looks like it's almost shaven. I was a little worried about safety, for when I'm using it in sensitive areas, and I have not had a single problem. I tested it out on my hand and tried to dig it in all sorts of different ways and I was never cut, it never even hurt! It is also super easy to clean! The only negative I would say is that to get the bikini trimmer to actually stay on you have to push kind of hard on the power button, but that is really a tiny inconvenience compared to all the positives. If you are contemplating buying this, just do it! You can thank me later! :)

Alot of reviews said bad razor, good trimmer so I figured for price I'd still order. It is a good razor though! Very smooth, no cuts. It is better if you use soap or shaving cream with it but even using just water once my skin was still smooth afterwards, it just irritated my skin a little using only water, I figure that's most razors though. The trimmer part works great too but I do agree with other reviews that I wish you didn't have to hold the button down while using it. Trimmer works well on sensitive areas. Also like other reviews it does not come with the extra blade which is a let down. Between that and needing to hold down the trimmer button (vs just pressing once to start then again to stop like my previous other brand trimmer) is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I would probably order again, great price for the job it does. **update 1 month later... I leave my razor in the shower but up on a special holder and the trimmer part has rusted... can't use the trimmer part now so just a razor part. Fine for the price I guess but if you plan to use trimmer then don't store the razor in shower even if water doesn't hit it. Dry it off really good after every use.

This little gal’s got all you need to keep everything trimmed and tidy. It’s my go-to tool time after time. Works great in and out of the shower. The trimmer guard is adjustable and removes completely if needed, but it doesn’t move or slip off during use. The trimmer head is small and angled perfectly for shaping and styling as desired. Super easy to clean - just pop off the guard and rinse. Trimmer blades are sharp and reliable, but not exposed so I don’t worry about touching any tender bits. The razor side uses Shick Hydro Silk blades, which I can get at the local discount store or Amazon. I haven’t had any issues with bumps, cuts or razor burn. AA battery lasts and is powerful enough to handle my bush. Small enough for my travel bag for beach vacays. Highly recommend. Know that it doesn’t last forever. It’s not a pro-quality trimmer and will give out eventually. It helps to keep it dry when not using. Still, my last one purchased in 2021 lasted about 4 years before it died. But for $15-20 that’s not bad. Wish it was more durable, but overall great product at this price point. I’ve tried others and keep coming back to this one for excellent value and performance.

Let’s chat about this trimmer/razor. 2 reviews, 1 product because it is a 2 in 1. We ALL worry about using electrical/battery powered trimmers. Why? Nobody wants it to rip a hole in their lip! If you have ever used those trimmers from the “other guys” then you KNOW what I mean. OUCH! But... we still need a close cut. Not too close though, then you get that nasty razor burn or itching and nobody wants to see (or feel) that! The guard has 3 different settings for length, or you can take it off for an even closer trim. I wasn’t brave enough to try and use it without the guard in the most sensitive areas, but did have it on the closest setting and found it to be perfect. Oh, and I used it in the shower because it is waterproof. SCORE! Not joking at all when I say that THIS is the trimmer you have been looking for. You found it. The razor end: We all search for the razor head that leaves our skin soft and smooth. Yet again, it is here. I have very dry skin naturally and cut myself easily with ALL other razors, not this one. It really felt like I was just washing my skin but removing hair in the process! I do have a couple complaints, but nothing that isn’t easily remedied or a “deal breaker”: Firstly, don’t use a shave gel or soap with the razor head. It’s pre-moisturized and you spend the first couple strokes shaving off soap/gel. But I also don’t recommend that you try using it without any product if you, like myself, have dry skin. It didn’t hurt like other razors would, but didn’t feel as pleasant as one would expect with the “pre-moisturized” head. I found a happy median by washing my legs, rinsing, then shaving. This solved the dry issue AND the “too much soap” problem as well. Secondly, it is a bit longer than the standard razor that we’re all accustomed to because of the trimmer head on the opposite end. This created difficulty shaving my lower thigh while my knee was bent. Like I said, definitely not a “deal breaker”. Just had to alter the way I stand in the shower to shave. It’s heavier/bulkier than the average razor but not as big as I had expected for a product as awesome as it is! Tl/dr: Finally a trimmer that doesn’t cut the lips while you try to groom yourself. Guard has 3 length settings or can be easily removed/reattached as needed. Razor is smooth, feels like you’re just washing yourself and removing hair in the process but don’t use soap/shave gel because it’s just too much. Not too bulky, fits nicely into the hand for easy use on both ends. Finally, it’s affordable. Just buy it! You will NOT regret it.

I am 29 years old. I never really got razor burn in my teens because my skin just wasn’t as sensitive back then but since I became an adult it is pretty sensitive now. I have tried so many different kinds of razors, hair removal creams and shaving creams and always end up with the worst razor burns after removing the hair. Painful, itchy rashes of red bumps all in my bikini zone!!! I can barely stand to wear underwear for a week after shaving/removing hair down there. After years of razor burn, I decided to just try to trim the hair but you can’t really remove enough hair with scissors. I looked for a trimmer online and found this beauty. I bought it for the trimmer but ended up using the razor after trimming the hair down and I could not believe that I had 0 burn after using it!!! I was in awe! No burn ever showed! No rash! Not 1 bump!!! I have also read that if you wipe your bikini zone With alochol and then apply deodorant after shaving that it helps prevent razor burn and I definitely recommend try that even after using this incase you have super sensitive skin! I just apply deodorant usually after shaving but I don’t even need to with this now! Definitely recommend and will be buying from now on!!

I was really excited about this trimmer when it first arrived - it worked so well and it was so convenient to have a trimmer on one side and razor on the other, especially for travel. I had always been afraid to really get down there and do a clean trim, but once I started using it I realized how difficult it is to cut myself with this and used it happily for 5 months. I'm not sure if I have a defective product or what, but after about 1.5 months I had to change the battery. I thought maybe the battery it came with wasn't the highest quality, so I replaced it with a duracell. That seemed to do the trick for another few months, but it stopped working again recently. I then noticed that if I took the trimmer blade off and pressed the on button, the motor would still work. Once I put the trimmer blade back on, the product was completely dead. It seems like it's not a battery issue but an issue with the product itself. Now no matter how many times I change the battery, the trimmer won't turn on when the blade is on, which has rendered it completely useless :(

Love this trimmer. Haven't used the razor side, only the trimmer. It's great. I've been using this since about 9 years now and am glad they're available on Amazon India too now, but they're much more expensive here compared to Amazon US. Easier to buy it on amazon US and get someone who's travelling to bring it over. Amazon India, bring down the price of this one!

I bought this product to use in the shower and have had it for 2 years and find it easy to use and convenient. I use it sparingly so am still using the first set of blades and have not had to use the refill it comes with yet (with covid and all, there's more leeway being at home lol) I've used both features on my underarms, legs, and bikini area and it's comfortable and easy to use. I almost always use the trimmer in the shower and have used it rightside up, upsidedown, etc and have not had any issues with the water. The narrow trimmer head makes it easier to move around the bikini area to get an even trim all around. The entire trimmer lid comes off really easily so you can remove any hair that gets stuck inside. I have a small brush from another trimmer that I use to clean out the inside as knocking it on the side of the sink doesn't always knock everything out. I have used the trimmer with the comb attachment but I've also used it without the attachment and it works well for a very very close trim without being against the skin like a normal shaver (which you can use the normal side for). It was a bit tricky figuring out how to keep the trimmer on without holding down the button (you just have to press down the button and hold for a sec to get it to auto stay-on) the first 2 times i used it, I manually held the button down the entire time I shaved and thought it was very inconvenient lol. It'd also be great if it came with a small cleaning brush to make clean-up quicker and easier. All-in-all a great little trimmer/razor combo with a small head for hard to reach areas and being able to use in the shower is great.

One side works fine like any manual razor blade and it gives nice moisturizing feeling while the other side which is automatic is not trimming perfectly as described and as per the reviews I got in the internet

I had a really high hopes for this product after reading the other reviews. Unfortunately, it has left my skin, extremely irritated with lots of painful red bumps that have now filled with puss. Not only am I in a lot of pain, but it looks really unsightly. Absolute waste of money.
