Can I use this in the basin of a fountain (curved bottom) or will it all settle in the center?

If it is applied in multiple thin coats, it should not settle to the bottom. Be sure to let dry between coats. We are pleased with the outcome on our garage floor.

Can I used this with fiberglass cloth?

Yes. I used fiberglass cloth with this epoxy to make 2 surfboards and a paddle board. It bonded nicely and cured with no problems, as long as the temperature and mixture is right. Make sure you mix thoroughly.
