I used this product as a preworkout to help me have lasting energy during my workouts. I give it 4 stars because I feel like it doesn't give me as much of a boost as I usually get with a preworkout but I do feel it gave me a little more pep to get started. I think this is great for energy throughout the day but even 3 scoops doesnt do it for me. I love how it tastes and for the price its a decent product for ladies looking for daily energy to get through the day but in my opinion its not the best to use as a preworkout.

This is the first “pre workout” drink I have tried. The first time I used it I drank it too fast and I felt nauseous while I worked out. I Have used it several times since then and have had good results, I drink it slower. It gives me even energy, the flavor is good, tastes like I expected.

I bought this not sure how it would be, but I must say I have focus and longevity with my workouts!!!! Plus side, no side effects, or weird after taste. I will definitely purchase again!

I use this mix whenever I need a boost of energy through out the day or as Pre-workout drink. It doesn't make me feel jittery like other products and I can increase or decrease the amount of powder per my liking.

It has a good taste, but I have to mix it before just about every drink.
