Simple, Basic, Worry FREE Thermostat. Bravo!
If you don't want to spend your life running around charging things on your comuter, this is the FINEST thermostat. 5 GOLD Stars. Simple: On/Off and Heat/Cold. Only two decisions to make. Takes two batteries which last a LONG time but I had an electrician hardwire it in. This is my second--#1 lasted 5 years and probably still had life left but I didn't want to chance it wearing out. For the money and if you cherish a hassle-free life, this is for you.

These work well! If you have issues, make sure the connector pins on back are clean
I have purchase several of these. I'm a handyman and have found this brand to be easier to use than other thermostats for people. They are also very reliable except for one that I got that had flux on the connector pins where it mounts to the base. It had some odd intermittent problems until I used some rubbing alcohol and a tooth brush to clean those connector pins.

Great thermostat Easy to install, Basic 3 settings Heat off Cool also large readable numbers. Remember this product is NON-programmable Thermostat

Installation problem was my fault
Bought it to replace one with the same model number. It doesn't fit the existing base and I can't find the correct base to buy. I guess I'll return this one and buy one that includes the base.I was hoping to just swap the thermostats without any rewiring.Update to 5 starsinstallation problem was ENTIRELY MY FAULT. I'm old and couldn't see the thermostat base that came preattached to the new unit.
