These were comfortable and easy to put in. They have adhesive on them to stay in place. I would definitely repurchase for my other shoes. The clear works with every color. You can cut them to shape also if needed. Quality product. Wears well not cheap or too thin. Nice gel type but not sticky to your feet.

These worked PERFECTLY for my Mary Jane Doc Martens! No blisters! They are super soft and the perfect thickness. I used them in my Doc boots as well, and it worked just as well. They were easy to apply and seem to stick well. They are a little slippery but that works really well with what I needed them for.

As many people have already pointed out, the back of heel pads do not stick to shoes for very long. I recommend adding adhesive to the inserts before placing into shoes. They do add comfort and prevent slippage, which is the point of using them. The ball of foot shoe inserts are less prone to slip out of place and are useful for shoes that are too loose.

I want to love these because they are reusable and cushioned. The reason I’m not keeping these is because the heel portion that is above the insole does not adhere to the shoe for very long. I purchased these because my shoes have stretched and I keep slipping out of my shoe. In the past I used a similar type of gel insert that stayed in place. After 1-2 hrs I have to reposition the heel grip as it has folded on itself or moved out of position. I gave it 3 stars because it is comfortable on the heel cushion and that it can be reused, the loss of stars is due to the lasting power. It just doesn’t stay in place.

We all know stiletto heels are not made for comfort. I purchased the pads for the shoes. Comes with heel and ball pads. They are really sticky so make sure the placement is where you want them the first try. My granddaughter was able to wear her shoes all evening.

They do not hold at all ! I bought a different brand before but these ones are useless. The glue does not hold and it was just so frustrating having the grio move in the shoe and not do the job. I didn't take the time to write a review nor to return them as i had already used a pair but i need some now, hence the late review.

They do not stick at all to my shoes! I tried cleaning them and followed the instructions but they just slide right off when using them.
